The room was amazing! The style of it is very nice, it's clean, it's beautiful, the buthtub is amazing. The stuff is very nice and helpfull.

such a beautiful room!! So clean, so modern with such attention to detail in the design. the tiles, curtains, mirror, walls, etc. everything was beautiful and i LOVED the bath tub. one of my favorite rooms I’ve ever stayed in. good hot water, very spacious room and bathroom area, nice A/C with daily water bottles. i felt like a queen in this room. it was very clean, housekeeping daily and overall just a really lovely experience. staff was very kind and helpful, quick to respond even late at night. location is good, just outside the old city with quick access to both parts of Chiang Mai.

The room isn’t spacious enough, but really clean and comfy. And the location is really good, it’s not in the crowd area, but you can get anything you need easily. Close to seven eleven and also laundry counter. And the best thing I got is they have really kind and humble and superrr good staff. I forgot to ask her name, but she was incharge at July 16th 2023 afternoon. But another staff girl was sooo nice as well. You have really good staff, give them compliment please. Haha.. thanks nidhra lanna, def will come back!!

The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The room was clean and the beds are super comfortable. The tub in the room was a bonus that my children enjoyed. There was plenty of hot water and space. The area has a lot of restaurants within a very short walking distance. There is a self-serve laundry next door too!

The facilities provided by this hotel is over and above even a 5 star hotel. They've really done up the interiors really well. My family loved everything about the room. The balcony is right along the river. It's a rare sight to get a free standing bathtub in any of the hotels all over the world unless they're high end. The staff at the reception tried their level best to communicate and helped us a lot even at odd times since we arrived very late in the night.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful! I the almost two weeks that I was there I stayed in 3 separate room and each one had its own special charm. The two female staff were amazing! Super helpful and friendly. I love that It was a short walk to so many cafes, restaurants, and the Sunday nights market.

Good location and nice decor. Loved the roll top bath in the suite. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast delivered to room and available 07.00-15.00

The property was beautiful, so was the room, facilities and location. Best of all were the staff, SOOO friendly. They were a HUGE help with any doubts we had and made it a great experience. Without a doubt would recommend it one thousand times over. THANK YOU very much to all the staff for all the help.
